Birthday Parties

If you are planning a child’s birthday party in your home and wish to distribute the invitations at school the invitations should be extended to all of the students in the child’s classroom, or at least to all of those of the same gender as your child. If you wish to invite certain children from the room for the party we ask that you please do not distribute those invitations at school. Children can be hurt when they see their friends receiving invitations and they do not receive one. The school, in keeping with legislation in regards to disclosure of personal information (FIPPA) does not disclose the names, phone numbers or addresses of our students. Of course you are welcome to send treats to the class to help celebrate a birthday. Please respect allergy alerts.
