Yearly Fundraisers for the School

1. Walkathon

- the Walkathon is held every year in the fall. 

- Organizers - VW Staff

- Proceeds go to support extra-curricular activities

2. Fall Classic

- The Fall Classic is a walking and running event

- Organizers - this is the major fundraising event of the Parent Council

- Proceeds go to develop Van Walleghem park

3. Space Camp

- there are a number of fundraisers that are undertaken each year by the teachers and parents of Grade 8 students to reduce the cost of a trip to Space Camp Montreal and Quebec City

- The sale of Holiday Wreaths has been a popular fundraiser in November and December.
