Medical Alert Information

If your child has a medical condition that the school should be aware of, please make sure that each year your child’s teacher is informed and has information concerning management of the condition. While school records will contain the information if you have provided it, taking a few minutes to inform the “new” teacher will ensure your child is well cared for. Where there is a severe allergy, you must work with Division policy on medications through the assistant administrative secretary.
