At Van Walleghem students have the right to:

• learn

• feel good about themselves

• be treated with dignity and respect

• be physically and emotionally safe

At Van Walleghem students have the responsibility to:

• attend school and participate in the sanctioned activities in the classroom and the school

• respect the dignity and well being of others

• behave towards others in ways that are emotionally and physically safe and socially acceptable

So that each student’s rights can be respected, all students are expected to be kind and helpful in their work and play at École Van Walleghem School.
